apparently you can get the base with m6 and z51 package with the ls3 add those parts i listed then whoop up on the zo6...but the rumor mill is saying that the zo6 is going to get a bump to keep them spaced apart hp wise and prolly put it back above the viper......so the ls3 gave the base vette 50ish hp then the zo6 will prolly go to 550ish....still im pretty excited to get my vette....just gotta part out the neon back to stock so i can daily drive it

<---I drove an 08 LS3 with the Z06 Mufflers. It was pretty nasty. Maybe a tiny bit faster than a C5 Z06.

And when the C6 Z06 came out, very few people could touch them for under 75 let alone 65k.

the base base sells for 39,5 im gonna try to get a used one they sell for 45k with z51 and the m6 new...hopefully i can get a used black z51 m6 for under 35k.......if i wait for my dealership to get a used one in on trade i only have to pay 700 more then they gave on trade since i am a employee.....i can prolly work out a good deal plus by that time i should have about 10k saved plus the part out on the neon so maybe 13k down....should be a decent payment
