It's suppose to be Sparkplugs.com! They were on here a couple weeks ago pushing the PRODUCT. I have a hard time with their website also, so maybe you should try them tomorrow by phone and SPEAK with a REAL person. I know they sell those plugs. BSBOB

YES, i believe that is correct. the 7 is the 2 step heat range colder. BSBOB
