Or just buy inserts for them. No need to replace the mount itself if it is not cracked or damaged... Just check to make sure the bolt hasn't snapped.

it was brand new, cheap and my old mount was a little ripped..so why not..just got it today..so installing it tomorrow morning
Well sorry to say but it will be ripped again in no time. They don't last very long. Instead of replacing the whole mount next time, you can buy a set of inserts (to replace just the part that ripped) for about $25 shipped, and you will have one for both mounts, and they last longer. In fact I would buy them anyway and install. Motor Mounts - Prothane Motor Mount Inserts 00-05 Neon/PT Cruiser Your other option of course is to upgrade the mounts to dog bones. Motor Mounts - AGP Solid Dogbone Motor Mounts 00-05 Neon/PT Cruiser, Black Anyway I wouldn't throw the old one away. Keep it as a spare. It's still good unless it is cracked or damaged somehow. And it's always a good idea to ask for opinions/advice before buying stuff, especially when you start getting to the more expensive stuff. We've all been there!

I've got an AGP Trans mount, The race inserts and a filled third mount. I didn't notice any noteworthy increase in vibration. |

Street are "supposed" to be for more of a daily driver, less vibration. Race i believe are said to be a tad stiffer overall, I personally have "race" inserts not much vibration. Alot less wheel hop an better traction. Either one you get will definately be an improvement and help out the worn out motor mount oem bushing. ![]()
