Default stage 2 pcm question?

I have a stage 2 car, I was just wondering what the boost levels should be on the stage 2 setting? I just found out that my car has been running really slow for what all it haas on it, and it is because my vac lines are all jacked up, hooked up funny.

Well with everything depending on weather conditions spike 18-19 then eventually falling down to 16-15 hold.

take it off pcm controlled and turn it up haha to much fuel with that stage 2
