i think my srt4 is goin to need new synchro's soon i have 69 800 km on it but i will admit i have ground the shit out of the gears mostly my fault the only one thing i blame on dodge is the clutch through. (the distance you have to push the clutch peddle to get it to the floor and the fact it needs to go right to the floor to make good shifts.) so has any one changed synchro's? have any tips for me i will be doing it my self!

Now can you argue with that logic????

i agree black is beautiful.. but when they are out of car wash room, silver still rocks

Or going 100,000 miles w/o having ANY problems at all, just do the maintanance and go.

I'm not expecting Corolla reliability out of my SRT, but I'll be shocked if I make 30,000 miles with no significant problems, just based on all that I've read here of others ownership experiences.

I've made twice that and counting...

Oh, I guess I can't forgot about all the tires I've put on it

I had to have the CD player replaced (reman only covered underextended warannty)... I had to tighten the boost lines because they started to leak, an clean the customary oil off of the boost line that goes to the throttle body since I still don't have a catch can installed. I'm now real close to 40k.

little things like that don't bother me, I'm more worried about major issues... like destroyed synchros in the transmission

My third gear has given me a hard time a few times now... consider me worried.

i'm not likin the clutch pedal travel either i used to have a 98 neon and you barely had to touch the pedal to WOT shift, unfourtunately the trans couldn't take it to much, broke one in 5k
