22 Live in Texas
Me and my wife pay 160 a month for 2000 mustang gt and my 04 srt-4

We just switched to geico the other day and that is what we changed to.

We had progressive paying 337 a month, so we "saved a bunch of money by switching to geico."

Wow...Same thing here.

Im on my parents policy right now and I pay about 130/mo, but when I get my own through statefarm I will be paying 160/mo, and im 22, single.

EDIT: Yes Geico can suck my ...

They wanted to charge me 2,000 per 6/mo when EVERY other company would charge me about 1,000.

x2

The only way to see how much your insurance will be is to get quotes.

Go to:
Geico.com
Allstate.com
Progressive.com
Statefarm.com
etc.
Take the 10minutes to fill out the online quotes. If you go to Progressive.com they will also give you estimates of what other companies will charge you as well.

BTW, I'm 24 with a clean license and I pay $1174 for 6 months (I was paying $1400 for 6 months with Allstate).

Every company screws someone. That's just what insurance companies do.

I'm switching over to Geico bc Progressive is screwing me. When I was with Allstate I got rearended and received zero fault of the accident. After switching to Progressive I noticed my bill was a little high so I gave them a call. They stated I was being surcharged for having an at-fault accident. I explained to them the accident and received written proof from both Allstate and the State Farm (the person's insurance that hit me) stating I wasn't at fault. Progressive then proceeded to surcharge me for having a non-at-fault accident even though I was upfront with them about it.

I have already received an email from Geico stating that I will not be surcharged for the non-at-fault accident and will be switching in March.

I was quoted 156 a month from progessive. 24 Indiana, clean driving record. Everyone else I've checked has had me over 200. It will drop a bit when I hit 25 in June. That's the magic age.
