Default Rear trunk....HELP ME OUT!!!

I just got my 2004 Neon SRT back from the body shop. Well the trunk did no line up right. Plus, i am not liking the fitting of it at all. So, I am taking it back tomorrow. My question is from 2000-2005 is there a difference between trunks. I called the dealership back and they say no they are all the same. I looked at a 2002 Neon and the trunk looked slighty curved at the bottom. Then the trunk on my looks like it needs to be flat against the bottom. If anyone can help me out on this one it was be awesome. Thanks for you time.

All 00-05' fenders (in 03 minor revisions were made to splash guard mounting holes), doors, trunk and shell are all the same except the SRT4s have a few extra welds/braces (in 01' the rear shelf was redesigned to accept the 3rd 3 point seatbelt hardware prior to that it was a lap belt)

obviously hood (all 00-05' neons share the same hood), front and rear fascias differ between years, models and trim levels

Alright that works for me. It just did not line up at all. The bottom corners of the trunk have a huge gap between the trunk and the rear bumper, but the trunk meets the bumper in the middle of the trunk.
