This just happened to me. I had a rattle that I chased for a couple days and never thought about the spare tire until I took my sub box out of the trunk. The wingnut holding the tire down was causing the rattle the whole time.

Also, the two rubber nuts on the trunk lid may be too tight. THey are at about eye-level when the trunk is open. I loosened mine up a little and my rattle over bumps was gone.

Man, I get annoying azz popcorn sound when I turn my car off. Its not that loud but you can hear from the inside. If you sit inside, it sounds like acorns falling on my trunk. WTF my car is not even on. Every 10 sec, it will go thump. Annoying. Im just gonna trade my SRT for an ENZO.
