Default PTP wastegate any good?

Just wondering if anyone is using the ptp wastegate? I plan on running it on my stock car. Im a noob to these cars so will a wastegate even make a difference on a stock motor? Also how is PTP compared to say AGP or kinetic?

thanks

Yes it makes a differance, allows more boost. But if your using a stock pcm dont go above 16psi of boost and get a wideband to make sure your running safe. And I'd prefer a agp wastegate, why because thats what i have and every one i know has one and they work very well and are sterdy.
