Question Problem with horn, new to SRT-4

I just bought my '05 SRT-4 ACR a few days ago, and quickly noticed that the horn did not work. After work yesterday I checked the fuses and relays, and found that one horn fuse was all out missing. I replaced it, and today during work, it just starts going off and wont stop until I pulled the fuse again.

Like I said, I am new to the car and new to forums in general.

Please help!

do you have the keyless entry remote? when you say it goes off, does it beep or constant honk?

I have the remote, and it works fine. thats what made me realize the horn wasn't working when I locked it and it didn't chirp. its a constant honk, and it was going for so long that it loosened some of the mounting hardware.

i was thinking that too. I dont have an extra relay to swap around, and all the ones there seem important, so ifs it faulty i dont want to kill my fuel pump or starter. I couldnt find where the ground wire leads to check its connection.
