ok so I used realtune's diagram for the vacuum lines the one for the rice plate and I zip tied all the lines but when I go to boost I only get 5 - 7 psi I checked my intercooler pipes and they are all tight idk what to check next any advise is helpful thanks guys

by the way my car is an 04 with a mopar stage 2 wastegate with the mopar rice plate i just got my car put back together cuz i had to replace the rod bearings and it ran fine boosting 18 lbs but now its not...i tried to search for a similar case on the threads but i couldn't find anything close
you ocan only do the vacuum line reroute if you have a non-mopar wga. Since you do have a mopar one the most you can boost is the spring rate in thet wga which I believe is 7psi for the s2 wga. You need to be on pcm controlled boost with a mopar wga if you're expecting decent boost levels.
i just looked up on how to make one so i need to do that but if i zip tied all the lines it should be sealed unless there is a crack or something in the middle of the lines somewhere

if you JUST rebuilt the motor, you may want to do a comp/leakdown test. could be more problems than just low boost.
You WILL NOT get 18 psi out of the stage 2 wastegate without the pcm boost control solenoid or some other manual boost controller. You need to hook your vacuum lines back up like stock.
If you get an agp/ptp/etc adjustable wastegate you can do it how realtune says but that is only because those have like 12 psi springs and are adjustable.... the stage 2 waste gate has like an 8 psi spring and is non adjustable so without a boost controler of some sort you will only ever get 8psi.
any1 have the stock setup diagram for the vacuum lines? i will try that before i go any further, or should i just buy a better wastegate like agp or sumthing?

What'd that guy get b& for?
Also, what they said about having to be on pcm controlled boost. Without having the vac lines like they were stock, you won't make diddly with the mopar wga.
