All i can tell is he painted his wheels, eyelids, headlights, spoiler delete, and lamin-x'd the fogs, and lowered. I'm semi new to srts, is there a lip on the front bumper? And do the 05's have any exterior appearance differences to the 04 03's? Thanks.
well, the lip definitely contrasts, but i'm pretty sure mine has one. maybe he painted it blacker, lol.

from the pic I would say it has a built motor and trans, ported intake TB and head work, 3" Exhaust, DSS Axles, EMS, return line, 1000 cc injectors, GT35 turbo w/ tubular manifold, battery relocate, 4" intake, ED Hardpipes and Greddy RS BOV... that's about all I can see.

The lip is a home depot/ lowe's special and it is just weather stripping. You adhere it with some double sided 3m tape. And yes you pretty much nailed it all obviously tint and new front badge too

Yeah its my car and I still have it. The reason that I don't have any underhood pics is cuz I have nothing to show really, I'm mostly stock. Thanks for the compliments though.
