These pictures helps alot since we can see what you have. It looks as if the factory green and black line have been replaced with regular vacuum lines which is cool. The top vac line on solenoid #2 goes to the turbo, while the one underneath it goes to the wastegate.
Solenoid 2
Vac line #1: to turbo
Vac line #2: to wastegate
3rd spot is left open to vent to the atmosphere (no vac line)
