Default noob question

yesterday I just got my tien springs installed and after i had brought it home i noticed on a couple of the wheels (front) there was some oil on the rims is it possible that there is a oil leak, i think it was black stuff on my rims, or am i worring over nothing..

was it because there was black stuff on the rims or was it cause there was oil on my rims?

that black stuff could be brake dust unless it was a liquid.

sounds like nothing to me, the person working on it prob spilled or had dirty hands or somethin

Wipe it down clean to make sure it isn't left from them being worked on, inside and outside. Drive it for a little while, I'll bet it's just brake dust. If you then wipe it with a finger and it comes off clean and non greasy, that's just brake dust.

Thanks alot for the advice, i was driving it around all day just to make sure, it was break dust and the person that was putting on the wheels probably have oil on his hands or something.. thanks again
