Question no leaks but less boost?!

Ok. ive had the car for about a month now. and the first 2 weeks i was spinking at about 16psi. now im only hitting as high as 14. ive done a leak test and all good. what could cause the lack of boost. could the ecu be giving less output since i got the car? all i have is a CAI. no other mods.

Difference in air temps.
Hotter it is the more the ecu will compensate and raise the boost and vice versa for cold weather.

Tried resetting the ECU? If you get the 16psi spike back, thats your issue, but it's not an issue.
