Just got off the phone with my old boss at the windshield warehouse I worked at, they've been seeing more of this. His opinion on this:

I can't say if this is a Norstar windshield or if it's made in china without seeing the actual tag, but as long as it has the DOT tag it meets the US NAGS standards, provided the install was done correctly. If his windshield leaks, rain or wind, then he may want to get a new one.

Of course he said if you need a new windshield to take it to his place haha. Anyways, hope that answered your question.

Thanks for all info!!! lol, i guess he wants to sell me a new one

Until now, no leaks and no wind noise. I compared with R/T's one and it looks identical in everything. I appreciate your help RTShadow and thanks for patience to a newbie

Well, they reference PPG, so I'm guessing that has to be a PPG windshield, PPG is one of the top windshield manufacturers out there, easily top 3. You are good to go.
