Post up some pics of the abarath you purchased. Curious to see it, and like stated above if that's what you wanted and like it then so be it. I personally don't like those cars; more of a size/chick car issue than anything else.

They don't seem like a bad car, I'm disappointed with the mileage they get though. Seems a little car like that with a tiny turbo'd engine should get well over 40mpg, but the ones I looked at the other day were rated at like 38. Is the EPA rating inaccurate or are they terrible aerodynamically that makes their mileage lower than bigger, heavier cars like the cruze and fiesta?

Uhhh, 38 mpg from a car that does high 14's - low 15's in the 1/4 mile isn't bad at all. Not many cars out there that can do this. I'm not saying I like the car, I hate it but your argument does not hold water.

It would kick a stock nsrt4 in the nuts on a road course!!

have you heard the exhaust sound? VERY similar to the nsrt4!!

Doesn't mean I would buy one, but i think it is nice for what it is and what it is made for!

The abarth is rated at 34, which can be achieved in an SRT4 if everything is right and you drive nice. The base 500 is rated at 40, which is only on par with most compact sedans on the market today.

Its a neat car, but I would only buy a car that small for the fuel economy, just sort of disappointed me not to see numbers in the mid to high 40's on them.

Kick a stock srt4 in the nuts on a road course?? Have you driven an acr? In case you dont know acr stands for american club racing. Not even speaking for the motor, the suspension was made for road racing. I think its cool the power these cars can make, but stock they were not meant to be 1320 cars....

Some people get tired of a car after a long time or just want something different. The Abarth won't be as quick as the SRT-4 but from the reviews sounds like a nice car to toss around on a twisty road. I've seen a couple out on the road and they don't look too bad either and it has a nice exhaust note.
