Default Leaking Oil

Guys, I am leaking a small amount of oil fairly often. My dad and I looked under the car, and it appears to be coming from the bottom of the IC hose that connects the IC to the Intake manifold.

Is this the reason that catch cans get installed? It's on my list and if it will solve the problem it will need to get moved up on the list

Mods are K&N Intake and Mopar BOV - stock otherwise

Thoughts?

totally normal, every srt4 I've seen does it. It's because the PCV was never designed to run a on boosted application. It allows oil to pushed into the intake tract from the pressure from the turbo.

goodnews is a catch can is about 90% effective at catching all the oil. You still might get alittle oil in the coldside intercooler piping.

Thats what i figured, but I was nervous - when the Supra starting doing something similar I started having serious problems with it. I'll just have to get that catch can

You can buy a CC or go to the "How To" section and build your own.............

Here is what the SRT Engineers had to say in a Q&A session.
You dont need a catch can.
