I know most of my prob is the SAFC. I am at 18psi without meth and run 28* of timing. I see 2 degree's of knock on 91 octane where I live. Reading dusters thread this is nothing to worry about. Now on 22psi 91 octane at 11.6-11.9 afr with meth 50/50 mix, the car get up to 8kr at 5500 then I back off. Timing drops below 20* with the kr that high. I through in some c16 and went to the track with the same kr problems. I cant seem to figue out what is causing the knock. The MAP voltage is correct. After a hard pull where I see higher KR, I then notice part throttle KR of 2 in third and 4th gears. Any idea's what my problem is. I am going to re'tq the knock sensor tomorrow and see if this does anything.
P.S. One day an actual tuning solution will happen. My concern is at the track I have only been able to acheive a trap of 119 at best in the 1/4 with is only 4mph more than my best on the stock turbo setup. Something just seems way off for my mods.

Meth kit turns on with no problem. The Knock sensor was only tq'd to 120 inch pounds. thats abot 76 short. so I got it on there a little tighter with my tq wrench. havent drove it yet. Will update when I take her out.
That was it. not tq'd properly. took it on the road and got 0KR on 18psi with 91 octane. At 22psi with meth again 0 KR. Now time to retune the car for the good knock reading and get my power back.
