Default juicy toes.

Does anyone know what the little cup in the dash directly above where the passangers right foot would be is? Also, why would it leak water from time to time? The other day, I started rollin in my car and the GF squaked because she just got a case of the saucy toes.

Is it like a resevior for condensation for the AC? Perhaps i just got weather coming in from the hood.

Nobody knows what that little cup thing is under the passanger side dash?
it has a rubber seal on the bottom, this is where the water comes from.

I heard some funny splashing in there too before it emptied out.. I wonder if perhaps its a fan housing or something...

it is the fan blower and motor assembly. I am having the same problem right now, and can't find where it's comming from. I've had the dash apart and the blower and motor removed, but can't pinpoint it. It only leaks when I drive the car after it has been sitting durring considerable rainfall. If anyone has had and solved this problem please chime in. I have a feeling that something is clogged up that should allow rain to flow down and out. I removed the wiper cowl, but does'nt look like that's where it is comming from. My next step will be to stick a small screwdriver into the drain hose that comes from out of the firewall, underneath the coolent overflow bottle. Good luck, glad I'm not the only one with ths problem.

Saucy toes??? You have some kind of a strange foot fetish?? lol

Seriously though, I dunno man.

I have never noticed the "cup".. but I don't see the passenger side of the SRT very often.

Under the stereo? yeah.. there are cup-holders.. condensation is a bitch. Other than that??.. I have to admit, I am clueless.

Did it rain recently?

if it has not, might have a leaking heater core..

Take your HVAC and turn it from Air Intake to Recirculate. That was the the fix to this problem 2-3 years ago when it first showed up. People's cars were leaking in that exact same spot when driving in rain, or after rainfall (built up under the cowl panel)

That could make sence. Mine has been on fresh air since I've owned it, it's flipped now, I just hope it's as simple as that thanks

dealer said that the drain for the rain troff (windshield) was likely plugged with shit. said all i should have to do is take a coathangar, and jam it up the little tube that just sorta goes to nowhere from under the car close to the firewall on the passanger side. right under the coolant resivoir. gonna do it when im not working. he said fill the trough with water to help flush it out once you unplug it. seems the water overflows if it doesntdrain to the wrong side of the firewall.
