i remember when i first got the car i used to haaaate when ppl called it a neon, not because i was immature or anything but i was 19 and if i wanted a neon i would have saved myself the 8 grand and bought a neon........now i just laugh at it when ppl tell me "its still a neon".. i had this one dumb ass who drove a GTi 337 flip out after i beat him, so he tried pulling the "its still a POS neon" till someone in the crowd yell out "ITS STILL A GOLF" lol i found that funny the guy had nothing to say he just left....what do i say when ppl ask what i drive???..."im the PROUD owner of a neon!!..wanna race??? lol jks
I just got sideswiped today by a lexus . Definately her fault . 2 doors , front pass. side fender destroyed . Im I going to replace them with srt parts , or neon parts ? You guessed it . Its a NEON .
when ppl ask what i drive i dont like saying srt 4.... i just say neon and if they ask if its an srt i say yes. everyone i know always say "its just a neon" anyway
but something i found funny the other night is a cpl guys in my shop were talking about a few diff cars and were all calling them cobras, or WS6's yada yada yada. well i say well they are only mustangs and trans ams or firebirds. they all disagreed of course well the motors ar different the body parts are different. and im thinking to myself. well yeah no shit sherlock. what it comes down to is what frame they were built around. thats my personal opinion
... And who cares what other people think when you tell them what you drive.. If you're looking for attention from the car you drive, you have alot of growing up to do.

I used to drive a first gen Neon...i dont care what people say. I usually tell people its a Neon SRT-4 just because no one knows what the hell an SRT-4 is.
Nothing wrong with Neons, the first gen ACRs were badass for autox

lol, dont worry. before my srt, i had a white 1998 nissan altima gxe. definitely not very "attention getting". lol
i usually just say i drive an SRT-4 ... most people who would ask me know what that is by now, and the rest i wouldn't want to confuse by it not saying "neon" anywhere on the outside of my car. If they can't put 2 n 2 together then they can just wonder off into the freeway.

I used to drive my dads Mustang GT around and DUDE's would look at the car. Chicks couldn't care less. And IMHO, if you're looking to a car to get chicks, there's no hope for you and you won't get laid ANYWAY!!

and that first gen SHO torus, stock, can run circles around a stock SRT. it was a yamaha built V6. outpowered almost all of fords V8's. kinda weird too that a lot of people talk trash about V8's on a site concerning dodge vehicles. Dodge is best known for their V8, and half the people on here who own dodges shit on dodge for making V8's...
