Mine was very loose the 1st time I did a boost leak test. But when it went on the dyno my car was boost leak free (exept for the one on the TB shaft ).

That noise is normal. People are making a big deal out of nothing.

Well, mynes being stored right now but I can still start it and everything. Myne used to do it if id let it idle and free rev it real quick I could hear the whistle. My charge pipe was loose and I did tighten it. From the couple of times I revved it up after It didn't do it! so thats good. I'll try agian when its not so cold out. I don't like revving it in cold weather

No its not "NORMAL" I know what the NORMAL sound of a stock turbo sounds like, This started only in the last couple months. And what are you talking about reving it at idle being cold? This sound is only when your under wot at full spool.

Well that high pitched WEEEEEEEE noise during WOT at high RPM's is indeed normal on stock turbo stock vac lines stock WGA. There was a thread about it a couple years ago explaining it.

Mine sounds exactly like that from the inside. Sounds a bit different from the outside on a dyno though.
