Default headlight stick does not function sorta?

alright well for some reason my headlight switch is messed up really bad. so you can rotate it 2 times.

lowbeams

when i turn it too low beam, the lights wont turn on.

fogs wont go on either....

so if i pull the tab back the high beams come on, but i have to hold it there for the highbeams to at least stay on...

i have to ghetto rig my shit and stick a metal piece to keep the highbeams jammed on
