Default Going WAY lean at WOT

So for the past 2 weeks I have been unable to go WOT. When I do, my AFR goes through the roof and pegs out @ 16.0/1 as soon as I try and bucks like a bull.

So thinking I got some bad gass, I just ran it through and filled up at a different station. No dice, still bucks and still no fuel. I HAD a map clamp so thinking the little screw got moved somehow, I turned it "down", when that didn't help I removed it completely. At this point my motor should be drowning in fuel as I have the 85 PSI PTP FPR mod.

I then turn the boost down to below stock levels and still pegs the AFR scanner. At this point I'm thinking the FPR (mod) has messed up my fuel system even though it has been running just fine for over 2 years now.

Also in the past day or two, my car will no longer start on the 1st crank when it has been sitting overnight. 4-6 hours after a drive, it still cranks right over. Also, normal driving (Non-boost or light non-WOT) my AFR's are just fine.. 14.5'ish

I ordered a OEM fuel pump assembly as I personally think the mod f'ed my fuel system. But if anyone else has any ideas, please post them.. I'd like to drive my car with a smile again.

Sounds like the fuel pump to me. What's the voltage at the pump?
