error code p0113, p0517, p0633

can someone help me with these codes please. i know what they are but it doesnt make sense why my check engine light just turned on. my intake sensor is not connected so im guessing thats y the first one is on. i have a 03-04 stage 1 and my car is an 05 so im guessing thats why the other ones are on. Can anyone help me out cause it just doesnt make sense why the check engine light just turned on out of nowhere. thanks

p0633- skim key not programmed in pcm (who did your PCM flash?)
the one is battery temp sensor (due to you having a 05pcm in an 03 car)
the other is intake sensor (sensor not plugged in)

i bought it on ebay and the guy i bought it from did it for me. also my rpms dont drop normal. they drop till about 1.5 then they like kinda bounce. i dont know its weird.
