Well if the rads are different, somebody switched it out because I just talked to the guy from denso who helped design these said that they never changed the design from start to finish during the srt neon production.

You do realize that what you are looking at from the front of the car is the condenser for the AC system and not the radiator...

I'd say that is new information to them.

Thats why it's different...The pic of the 03 shows the radiator, the pic of the 04 shows the condenser...

*edit* Just for shits and giggles, I went out to my car to look. The A/C condenser fins are definitely horizontal, and the Radiator fins are definitely vertical.

No change for the radiators.

Do you have a limited slip differential? Do you have all of the other stuff that comes on an 04 car? What does your Title say? Your VIN? Your registration?

Generally production for a model year, especially for existing models, occurs in September, so being a July production date you are likely 99.9999% a 2003 model.

The friction modifier additive for the LSD breaks down transmission fluid faster.

LoL, I caught that...but since it was only mentioned in the '04's, didn't think it affected the '05's. it's whatever - I'm almost due for it, then.

'nother question, though - 230hp/250tq - Mopar's a COOL company, but they're not cool enough to measure power at the wheels, are they???

All three model years put roughly the same power to the wheels in stock form. Usually 220-230 FWHP.
