guys, guys, keep in mind that it all depends on the mods that are on the S1 that will determine if it beats a S3. I have a S2 car and have way better times at the track than a S3 car and I am still beating a 50 trim car there too by .1 of a second. So it is possible. If there is an enforcer or SST turbo in the car there is a good chance that it could beat a S3 car on pump gas.
As for the OP, list all the mods that are on your car. That will help figure it out. As for the S3, well, if the guy was a stock S3 and hasn't messed with anything I would say the car probably is running pretty strong, but if he has messed around with it at all, then there might be something wrong with it.

Technically, Dodge and MOPAR didn't make a Stage 0 either so we shouldn't be calling it Stage 0.
We can call it whatever we want but in the end there really aren't many "stock" stage kitted SRT-4's out there. They are all modified in some way most of the time. Aftermarket wastegate, a mapclamp, larger fuel injectors, fuel computers, etc....
The only thing now-a-days that we know for sure with a car is what PCM it is running when someone says a Stage. Other than that, we always need to ask what other mods are done to the car. Just like I tell the colbalt buys, you can run a S1 stock SRT-4 or you can run a 50 trim S1 SRT-4. Big difference power output.

I thought you guys knew better then to touch that statement...
I completely ignored it in my first post for fear of setting off the firestorm...
honestly, im not to sure what kind of computer is in it, the owner of the car before me put a Pyphoon intake on it, sum brand wastegate, bigger fuel injectors, (he told me, Race sparkplugs... >.< ) msd coils and wires and hard piping on the intercooler. its pushing a normal 18 lbs of boost and spiking at pinpoint. (when it runs right) ive got to see some smoke out of the tires in a 2nd gear burn. i have a wideband autometer kit in it also, and it usually reads at either extreme, and i been getting around 12 mpg... i wish i knew more about it, honestly... but i lost the previous owners phone number.. is there a way to tell what kind of ECU is in it, and if its overpowering the car any? or if its running ok?
get rid of the MSD coil and go back to a stock one, or at least pick up a stock one and throw it in the trunk for when (not if) the MSD fails.
You can see what pcm is on the car by looking at the pcm (below driver's headlight) and checking the mopar sticker.
Can you take a picture or describe the wga that's installed? It sounds like it's a straight up stage 2 install with injectors and wga (sensors should also be upgraded). If you can only rev to 6240 rpm it's a stock or stage 1 pcm, 6500 for stage 2/3. Also, stage pcms almost always throw the code P0633, but this won't trigger the CEL.
