I'm in the metro detroit area. I actually purchased the car spring 2006. It was new, dealer wanted to sell it so bad they even gave me a discount. I have been going back and forth on whether I should keep it or sell it. I haven't done any modifications to it at all. I don't fully understand all its potential, and I'm not sure even where to begin. That's why I joined the forum. Any suggestions where to start would be greatly appreciated.

well, with jenny grandmoles new taxes that were just passed today, i understand why you would sell.

personally if it were me, i would keep it, these cars are numbered and generally tend to appreciate in value over time (although not right now) and if you want a project to modify/ race/ beat the snot out of, start looking for a regular neon that has been srt swapped that way you can do as you please without feeling guilty, most can be had for under $10,000

welcome to the community, btw. and where in metro detroit are you

********UPDATE********

Okay, the last maintenance update on the website seems to have fixed whatever issues were occuring with adding new members to the Commemorative Owner's List on the first page. So I have been able to add in a few new members and make updates on some of the vehicles that were damaged/wrecked.

Added snowhite, owner of #062/200. Welcome aboard!
Added fastenuf, owner of #059/200. Welcome aboard!
Added FANGEDSRT, owner of #176/200. Welcome aboard!

Im not sure whose SRT-4 commemorative edition was at the outback steak house on 24mile yesterday, but i saw it and it looked sweet.

didn't take a peek at the VIN, but it was sitting there all shiney like :P

it makes me want to take out a huge loan and get one.. lol

it might've been snow white, because it was in michigan in the mt. clemins area.

edited: wrong location i saw it at... lol arby's what was I thinking....
