well i'll be..... official marketing papers from Dodge list the SRT-4 CE as getting Electric Blue stripes, code is PB5 for those.
but I've also seen it listed as viper blue for the color on a press release.........

Its the electric blue, same blue as on the blue SRT4's

It's not listed on the car, but I think I rememeber seeing it listed on the factory build sheet as a secondary color. I'll have to look in the morning and find out.
