I busted the dealers nutz when I saw the car cuz it wasnt a CE, even though they tried to pawn it off as one. I still snaged it up cuz all dealer srt-4 inventory was gone and this car was still new...ish.

It's very likely someone added the stripes to that car, and that dealer deserves a kick square to the balls for being either uninformed or worse, a liar.
Commemoratives have the stripes, then there is blue stitching on the shift boot, the steering wheel, and around the edges of the seat. The seat head rests will have blue "SRT-4" stitched into them, and there are special floor mats with the same blue "SRT-4" stitching. Stainless steel door-sill plates complete the look.
It irritates me that someone tried to pass a car off on you as a comm edition. The guys here typically find them for sale from time to time and we post it here when they are, with the hopes that one of the guys on the forum who will treat the cars with some respect will get ahold of them.

yea about 119/200. he got in a 3 car accident with it. fortunately only the part of the left fender by the headlight was damaged and the bottom of the rear bumper got a little crunched. he is on these forums but yet i dont kno his user name. he bought the car winter of 2006. he hates the car so much. he has horrible tranny problems. he sent it to the dealer like 3 times but they did nothing. lol

Take it to a better dealer, seriously. Get the tranny problems worked out, it's the same f'ing problem that mine and many others are having, that is, if it's the second and third gear clunky shift. Did he get the vehicle repaired yet, after the accidenta I mean?
Update: Not sure how I did it but I had one guy in here twice under two different CE numbers, and even dumber, I had one car listed twice under different user names, so we are down from 61 to 60 Sorry about that, will try to watch a little more closely next time.
yea he got the car fixed. in the winter he has alot of difficulty shifting into 1st. he would probably break the whole shifer stick if he pushed it too hard to get into first.
