Default car burning oil question

bout my 2003 srt-4 about 4 months ago. has 67,000 miles
when i received it everything appeared to be fine, on the way home from purchase i got on it an was in shock of how fast it was compared to my last srt.
i look down at the boost gauge(0psi-20psi srt gauge) and it was well passed the 20 mark. where the 30psi mark should be. i immediately let off and the car sounded pretty weird. no knock or tick. exhaust just had a different tone.
(don't remember what exactly the sound was like) lowered the boost to 14psi and drove it to this day. starting to burn oil and smoke alot out the exhaust. just changed the oil today and haven't noticed any smoke as of yet.
but i do still smell burnt oil. my buddy told me i probably fried my rings and im doing a compression test tomorrow. as well as checking for any shaft play in the turbo.
noticed today after i parked it that the return line on the turbo is leaking oil all over my charge pipe. yet the line snug and does not appear to be loose.

maybe blown turbo? rings? what numbers i should expect on compression?
your 2 cents please
mods are as follow

agp wga
dual stage controller low 14 high 17 (but theres a leak somewhere now and is only holding 11psi.) slow as balls
hks ssqv
big fmic hard pipes
turbo back exhaust
intake

thank you for reading and please let me know what it could be...

pcv is good. and no shaft play.

bearing is good, but seal could still be bad anyway of testing or checking the turbo seal?
havent confirmed if its the return line leaking oil i just know oil has saturated the line as well as my charge pipe. and the majority of the oil is on the middle, underside of the turbo.
none on the exhaust side or intake just the middle.

as i said before the return line is tight and does not appear to be loose

do a leak down test......when doing the leak down if it leaks through the im then its ur intake VALVE SEALS if it is through the exhaust then its your EXHAUST SEALS.....or if it leaks through the oil cap, dip stick, valve cover then its your PISTON RINGS........if all comes out good then check your turbo

When I di he compression test I let the conpression sit for 1 minute in each cylnder and no leaks so it's not my pistons. Any special way of doing a leak down test?

Leak down test and compression test are 2 diffrent things....You'll need to get a leak down tester, and a have a compressor, or access to a compressor.

Sounds like it could be valve seals....if it smokes in vacuum (IE downshifting, anytime in hard vacuum) it's more than likley a ring(s) What mines doing right now.
