OMG! My pin came out of the passenger side too!.. The sunroof would go up, with a bit of help, and back with a bit of help, but would never fully close. I used a torx driver and set the pin back myself, f**ker aint moving now i threadlock-ed that bytch in place...lol

the pin came out for mine. took it to the dealer. IT was fixed next day. they replaced the whole sun roof and weather striping interior and exterior.

The only parts available from Chrysler are the glass and motor and switch. Everything else is part of the frame and replaced as an assembly.

Mine broke too, all I hear is the relay clicking, I don't hear the motor. The relay clicks then stops. So is this the same as the pin problem?
