I'm sick of paying high prices for this oil. Does anybody have connections or know of places that give better deals on 0W40? Autozone is a ripoff along with every other local autoparts store......

Best deal ever. For 0W-40? I've never seen jugs of 0W-40 available at WM for any price. So I just pay the $5.75 per quart at Kragen plus a K&N HP2009 oil filter which I need anyway and which Walmart doesn't carry. So total ends up being around $46 including the filter ($11.99) and 6 quarts (because the filter uses some and topping off uses the rest in 3k miles). But that's cheaper than a new motor. I suppose now the usual Amsoil, Amsoil, Amsoil and/or Royal Purple, Royal Purple, Royal Purrrrple posts will now appear

I buy it at the dealer, and just deal. Then the copies of all the service records are in the system at the dealer.
BUT, you can always get an essential care program w/ synthetics (if you want mobil) which will be cheaper but you'll have to buy a longer contract to make it worth it. But I change my oil a lot, so it's not bad.

The stealership originally quoted me over $100 for an oil change for my SRT8!! I think it was like $115 or something!

Yes... it's a chrysler service contract and you can buy 2-24. Most service departments are selling them now, otherwise you can buy them from the finance office.
