For those of you who have known about our porting solutions, we never settle for anything less than the best, and we feel we have the ultimate porting and ceramic coating around. Our cylinder head offerings are sure to get your car the most reliable power possible.

We have been testing, and refining these packages for the last 2 years, and we feel we have reached our goal of providing head solutions that will work from a daily driver that has some weekend fun, to the all out drag/HP car, and to the autoX'er/road course racer. Regardless what the 'other guys' state, if your are not presented with a custom fit solution based on your mods, and driving style, you will be missing out on some performance, specific to your application. That is where we, the experts, come in.

Now headwork is entirely custom, and there really is no one size fits all, so what is listed are base packages can have tweaks to ensure that they will be compatible with the other components in your setup. When it comes time to order, we will be asking more questions to ensure we have the right fit for your needs.

What we offer:

Our stage 1 has no portwork, but is the foundation for anyone to ensure they have the cylinder head properly prepped for installation. This will include:
* inspection
* cleaning
* assembly
* new viton seals
* a 5 angle performance carbide cut valve job
* final assembly
* a fresh deck, with a RA of at least 30

*Stage 1 Pricing: $595*

Our stage 2 is basic, yet essential portwork, this includes:
* our foundation work of Stage 1
* portwork with focus on the transition from bowl to the seat
* mild rework of the short turn in the exhaust ports
* casting     cleanup
* stock flange shape for both intake and exhaust ports is retained
* Pricing is without upgraded valvetrain components, but this can be added (see our valvetrain upgrades below)
* stock head flow: 245 CFM intake/174 CFM exhaust

*Stage 2 pricing: $750*

Our stage 3 head is starting to flow more, with the focus still on the exhaust side of things. This includes:
* stage 2     features
* opening up the exhaust bowl further
* incorporating a new “B” style exhaust flange profile for improved velocity.
* the internal porwork also has more shaping in the runners promoting improved flow throughout the mid range
* valvetrain     package is separate
* head flow: 272 CFM intake/207 CFM exhaust

*Stage 3 pricing: $850*

Our stage 4 head has the same profile and shaping in the ports as the stage 3, but this stage adds combustion chamber work.
* stage 3     features
* deshrouding     for oversized valves
* combustion     chamber unification
* combustion chamber polish to reduce the hotspots, and the detonation that our cars are so prone to seeing
* radiused exhaust seats, flow is again improved, and will help out across the board
* this is the best all around bang for the buck head. Valvetrain package is separate.

* head flow: 281 CFM intake/222 CFM exhaust

*Stage 4 pricing: $1025*

Our stage 5 is the best head available. This head features:
* stage 4     features
* extra attention to the valve guides, blended into the roof of the port and guide, for the best in valve support and improved airflow
* aftermarket alloy guides are used for improved performance
* deeper portwork into the bowl and short turn in the exhaust side
* will have a profile on both the intake and exhaust side that will/may require re-profiling of your intake and exhaust manifolds to work effectively
* FFP built-in oil restrictor is included to ensure proper valve train control at high RPM
* cam journal     chamfering
* improved cam lubrication is performed as well
* comes with +1mm intake valves and +2mm valves
* instead of a 5 angle carbide cut valve job, the seats are treated with the industries most precise valvejob that will create an elliptical shape both above, and below the sealing surface. Simply put, there is no better valvejob.
* dual valve springs with Ti retainers also come with this head allowing revs to 10K and beyond

* head flow: 291 CFM (stock size) to 313 CFM (gasket matched) intake/248 CFM exhaust

This head is an “all-out” offering and will take a bit away from the lower end performance in favor of the upper RPMs.

*Stage 5 pricing: $1895*

Options:

Hey bob,

Well its almost time for me to be sending you my parts for coating. I was wanting to know if I could get a quote for now so I can budget for it.

Here is what I am sending and want:

Ported head fully assembled (want combustion chamber, ports, valves and exterior of (black) head coated)
Pistons
DCR IM/Thermastat housing (black)

Is there coatings for wear items like cams or the rockers? I'd be interested in that if possible.

I don't know but do you offer powder coating? I have a few items I want powder coated too and if possible would like to get it all done with you.

Thanks

That's right! FFP is proud to announce the latest and greatest rod available for the NSRT-4.

Some of the key features about these beauties:
* *Made from 4340 billet steel for the ultimate strength*
* *Shot peened/stress relieved and heat tempered*
* *CNC'd to perfection for the ultimate in fitment
*
* *Require no modifications to the block or crank to fit*
* *Come with 7/16" ARP fasteners as a standard feature, not the weaker 3/8" like everyone else*

They are rated for over* 300whp per cylinder *(1200+whp per motor!). :wah?!:

For those of you wanting the best rod available for your build, look no further than these as there is nothing better to be found!

Final weight and pricing is TBD, and we will have the first batch of these available in about a month.

Stg3 Turbo Rebuild

These guys did an amazing job rebuilding my turbo. I had my stage 3 exhaust wheel replaced and compressor wheel. The return shipping was included in teh price and they Kept me up to date on the status of my rebuild and all the details there in. I highly recommend these guys if your looking to have your mopar turbo's rebuild.

I will warn you will have to be patient with contacting them. They do not answer your calls 90% of the time but if you leave a message they return your call that day in most cases. Contacting them via the boards is also a timely way to get ahold of them.

Over all I was very satisfied with the service.
