Just yesterday my UEGO started acting up on me. At startup it climbs to leanest reading (---) and stays there. I checked the sensor using the brake cleaner in a rag test, and it tested fine. Then I unhooked the sensor and the gauge read 14.8 (the guy at AEM said that meant the gauge was good). I checked the voltage at the white wire and when the gauge read m ---, the volts was around 5. So obviously the sensor is telling the gauge it's lean. I don't have any exhaust leaks, and no catalytic converters. Any ideas? Thanks

Ok, so i have a stock 2003 srt-4 obviously its a stage 0. I decided to make my car stage one and i was told that all i needed was a stage 1 ecu vin flashed by Flight systems which i already did and stage 1 injectors. i just got my ecu today so i installed the injectors and the ecu. I turn on the car and its running like shit:ben:. I take out the coils with the car running one at a time to see what cylinder it was that had the problem... I found that my cylinder number two (counting from the drivers side to passengers side) was dead. It had spark believe me lol. But the injector was not working. So i put my stock stage 0 ecu on and the car goes back to normal(even while having my stage 1 injectors on). WHats the problem? im fearing its the ECU..... if it was the injectors it would have been running the same even with the stock 0 ecu. Also, would it be ok to drive the car for a while with the stage 1 injectors and stage 0 ecu>? while i figure out what the hell is wrong with it...
Thanks for any help guys, really appreciate it.

Ok, My MPG Sucks. When I drive in the city I get like 17-18 MPG, when I drive on the highway i am getting like 23-24 mpg. This is with out being in the turbo very much. I do have Stage 2 injectors and I haven't had them scaled for my car(mainly because its an extra $88 plus the cost of cables for my DSP.) Is this the only reason or could there be others(I do have other bolt on mods...)?
Thanks!

The problum is, that im running out of fuel around 5k,(wideband is reading 11.0 to 11.5 spiking 20 holding 17psi, then shooting up to 13.0 to 13.4's)

My current setup is s3 turbo w/ported mani, s3wga (stock s3) and s2 pcm w/toys, s2/3 injectors, s2 map and tip, 255 fuel pump. other bolt ons like maxxfab see, maxxfab 3.75inch O2 ptp full hotside and k&N drop inn

I wanted a full s3 setup, so i just orderd my s3 rail, was wondering if this would help my problum at all? Also does anyone know if I should buy a ptp FPR to help with the s3 rail?? I haven't heard much good things about them. If not what should I run to fix my problum?

see my air/fuel has been acting up for some time. now it can be just the E85. the cars mix is usually 70/30 E85/pump for the cold start ups. some times i run 100% E85. now i have a good idle air fuel ratio 14.7-15.3 and driving in normal conditions under light load (cruising between 25mph-and40mph). the weird thing is the car will show a air fuel ratio of 13.7-14.3 when ever im driving between 50-75 MPH. about 2,200-3,000 rpm's.
here is another kicker. i had mopar stage 2's at the time and it did this for a while. i noticed the change when i had a constant lower o2 sensor engine code and i replaced the lower o2 sensor and tied it to the frame to eliminate the code. (stock pcm) i uploaded the tune then drove around. it was fine then the car started to run rich again between those 2200-3000 RPM's. i pulled a bank 1 sensor 1 system too lean code. Just recently i changed them for Deatsch werks 750's. i re set the pcm and re downloaded my modified stock tune. The car was running fine in those upper rpm ranges for like two days, then the car pulled a engine code. system too lean Bank 1 sensor 1. i replaced that sensor not even 2,000 miles ago. the car again was driving 13.8-14.3.
now im on stock pcm and running with out a rescale at this moment (money issues) could a rescale fix the air fuel ratio in that range? it just sees weird to me.
