It should work out. But remember, a stock setup will probly blow the rods on a stock block. The srt has stronger pistons and rods. In the supra forums, there is a guy there who use to work for hahn racecraft. He said that after 14psi the rods would give. 15psi is stock on the srt4(in cold weather that is).
Heck I wouldn't run 10psi on the stock Neon rods, they suck! General consesus is that stock Neon rods are suspect at around 200hp at the wheels (with a ~8000rpm rev limit, common on a turbo car).
