All of them work. If you want to waste money on Stage 2, then go ahead, you'll get a higher redline and a 3 bar. Alot of people run fine on stage 0, stage 1, and stage 2. Get whatever floats your boat. Stage 0 seems to make the most power due to the advanced timing. Alot of people have good luck though with stage 2 also.
