All other turbos have a 90 day warranty. No, the o2 housing and dump are mild steel. Yes, they would spool about the same, but a 60 trim .48 is not recommended.
I very much doubt you can run 20psi with stage 2. Maybe 16-18 if you do a fuel pump. No one has really tried it, so I can't say for sure.
Turn around time is 4 weeks. Yes, its the same on every kit.
