Look at what that power source can take as far as amperage and what other devices are protected by that particular circuit and decide.
As I recall, the radio can take a ridiculous amount of amps, it is the same circuit for the sunroof which I'm guessing pulls alot of current. So I'd use that. Cigarette lighter can also take all you can throw at it.
