To me, restrictions become a violation of the 2nd Amendment when they take away a law abiding citizens ability to carry. IMO, gun laws should not be a state thing, but a national thing. They should have the same laws across the entire country that way I can carry out of my state. Every body that meets a certain requirement should be able to purchase, own and carry a gun -- concealed or open.
do you feel that there should be more extensive background checks, and required training classes before joe blow goes out and buys a gun?
