Nigel (turbo666) could do it, and PTP is doing them as well. A simple rescale shouldn't be more than $40 or so. When they do that I believe all that they are doing is adjusting the injector duty cycle to control the amount of fuel that is going into the cylinders at idle and various RPM. Your PCM now is setup to operate at a particular IDC with the stock size injectors in mind. Operating at these same percentages with a larger injector leads to injecting more fuel than with the previously smaller injectors.

Even with the rescale I think you will need to make adjustments with your handheld still. But you'll be in the ballpark and it should be easily managable.
