I am unsure why people state the Mopar BOV plate is bad. I used hi-temp silicone, made sure it didnt get into the diaphram and tightened it down snug. I also had this on with an AGP Billet WGA at 17-18lbs hold 15 to redline, and it was perfectly fine.
You will have to remove or "convince" the upper heat shield to mount the arm onto the flapper. PB blaster is your friend for the heat shield bolts.
