Default Oil pump sprocket / Lower Timing Belt gear

I donnu the specific name, Oil pump sprocket / Lower Timing Belt gear, whatever...How far did you mount it on? How did you mount it?

Right now im using a dead blow plastic hammer with sand in it on a 24mm socket to slightly put it on. Im not doing any damamge but i think theres a slightly more efficiant way. Any bolts on the engine that i can put a washer or something on it to press it on with a impact???

Off topic but how do you make the home made big filter kit? Isnt it something like 2 stock gaskets? But what size bolts?

I read through some of the how to's but didnt see the exact answers to my questions.
