It's called a casper shield. If you do a search for 9007 casper shield you can sometimes find some nice ones. They still don't look that great when it comes to output but they do keep some light out of others eyes.

If your budget is low & you just want to keep from getting flashed then switch to a set of ebay projectors with HID's in them. They'll be better then the stock headlights with HID's for the time being.
