I have test fitted them & they clear the shroud. I'll be doing one more test fit with the new adjustments etc... early this next week. So far so good on the MDX, the Rx330 is presenting a little more complication then initially looked so we'll see what happens.
When it's all said & done I'd be glad to hook you up with a set of brackets as your work was the inspiration for these to start with
