Do you understand what a retro is? Its installing oem projectors, hid bulbs, and ballasts, so you cant just install the g35 projectors without an hid kit. To answer your question yes you install hids. For wiring buy a relay harness from theretrofitsource.com and wire it up with that. Wiring is the easy part of a retrofit.
