You can get the 3M window weld online for a reasonable price.

Or after you're sealed it back up using the original selant you can go to the hardware store & get some silicone sealant & run a bead of that around the part where lens & housing meet. Then take your finger & smooth it out. Allow that to dry overnight before you re-install.

Also there's a little rubber washer that goes around the turnsignal. Often when taking the headlights out they fall off & don't get re-installed causing a major leak. Also when switching to an aftermarket housing, it can stick to the stock housing & you won't even realize it. Always check for that little bad boy.
