unless you're using a single xenon projector, i wouldn't worry about using a projector for the turn sigs. the guy who was doing that was going to use it as a halogen highbeam. i would image, length wise, there would be issues.
be very careful w/ the vacuforming. for some reason lately every sheet of acrylic i've heated have bubbled up, and the only fix for that would be bondo (i hate sanding).
