I've have little to no issue baking apart OEM Neon lamps. I have yet to try a Caliber lamp, but I'll gladly take on the project.

If you send me a set of lamps, I'll try and bake 'em for ya'. I'll use you as a test mule for Caliber lamps, and therefore I won't charge you for the time spent separating the lens from the lamp. P.M. me if you're interested.
