i believe the outer screw under the projector tilts it up and down, inner one left/right. as for the light output its better IMO over stock, nothing to brag about but noticeable. the halo rings really look good at nite when lit, you cant really see them in the day time tho, so there not as bright as say a bmw that can be seen in the day but there def bright enough at nite. as for wiring there is 2 ground and 2 power wires for each lamp,( 1 for the halo's and 1 for the LED's) I just spliced them into the park lamps, fairly easy.
